Biden's approval rating is at an all time high due to the COVID outbreak and the aftermath of Afghanistan.

WASHINGTON, DC - President Joe Biden's approval rating has fallen to its lowest point in his young presidency, falling below 50% for the first time as COVID-19 cases rise and grapple with fallout from the indiscriminate withdrawal from Afghanistan, according to a new NBC investigation. ...

According to the poll, which was conducted August 14-17 and released on Sunday, 49% of people approve of Biden's work and 48% disapprove of him. Biden's popularity has plummeted in other polls this week, according to CBS (50%), Ipsos (46%) and YouGov (44%).

According to an NBC poll in April, 53% of Americans approve of Biden's work.

While Biden has suffered from dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, which has long been one of his best times, she appears to be the driving force behind the fall. According to the study, 53% of Americans approve of Biden's handling of the pandemic, down 16 points from April. Indeed, the delta variant of COVID-19 is spreading rapidly, weeks after the pandemic has been brought under control.

NBC News quoted Democratic sociologist Jeff Horwitt of Hart Research Associates as saying, “The April pledge led to the August danger. "This time."

Only 25% of those polled believed Biden had successfully handled the withdrawal from Afghanistan, which was quickly captured by the Taliban. Despite this, most Americans are in favor of leaving the country. Sixty-one percent of those polled see war as unnecessary.

Biden's approval rating for his economic management has also fallen from 52% in April to 47% now.

However, Biden's overall approval rating is higher than ever during the reign of former President Donald Trump.

Hart Research Associates and Republican researcher Bill McInturf of Public Opinion Strategies dominated the survey, with a sample size of 1,000 and a 3.1% margin of error.

NYC public school teachers make emergency Supreme Court application to block Mayor Bill de Blasio's COVID-19 vaccine mandate from going into effect at 5pm Friday

New York City public school teachers have asked the Supreme Court for an emergency order to block Mayor Bill de Blasio's COVID-19 vaccine mandate from going into effect Friday.  The group of four teachers sent a petition to Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor arguing that the mandate not only places an 'unconstitutional burden' on the city's 148,000 school workers, but also 'threatens the education of thousands of children.'  The petition argues that their rights are being violated because they do not have the option to undergo regular COVID-19 testing instead of getting the shot. Other essential workers - including NYPD cops - have been given that testing option instead. Teachers across all public schools in the Big Apple have up until 5pm Friday to get vaccinated against COVID-19 or risk losing their jobs.  When the school day starts the following Monday - October 4 - all teachers and staff arriving for work across the city's public schools must have rec...
